Sim-G and Alliant
As a Prime contractor, Sim-G Technologies was awarded an Alliant Small Business (SB) Government-wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA). The indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract ceiling is $15 billion. The contract includes a five-year base period and an additional five-year option.
Under Alliant SB, Sim-G will provide comprehensive IT solutions and services to federal agencies who will obtain best-in-class solutions across a broad range of information technologies and products. Further, by aligning the scope of work with the Federal and Department of Defense Enterprise Architectures, GSA has established a contract framework that is: consistent with the Federal government's approach to define and justify IT investments; eliminates the need to specify every service category in the universe of IT support; encourages re-use of IT components and solutions; and can evolve over time to adjust to advances in technology.
